Chase has over 10 years of experience as a dual-roled Sports Nutritionist and Strength & Conditioning Coach. He has worked in D1 college athletics where he coached numerous athletes that are still playing in the NFL today. He is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) and the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Growing up in a jockey’s room and being a wrestler, I participated in extremely restrictive and drastic approaches to losing weight. Sadly, these techniques turned into a toxic, inconsistent relationship with food, exercise, and the scale which led to decreased performance and poor body composition.
That was the beginning of my journey in this field. I set out to find a way to simultaneously eat and train to increase performance, health, and aesthetics, and maintain a consistent relationship with food and exercise.
Having coached over 1,000 people throughout the last 10 years, I discovered what separates those who are successful from those that aren't.
